Mindsafe for Sole Traders & Micro-Business Owners
2.5 hours | For self-employed and 1-2 person businesses - Collective & Group Sessions for 20-30 people
Working alone doesn't mean struggling alone. This course helps you manage your own mental health when there's no team to notice you're struggling. You'll meet other sole traders and micro-business owners, build a peer support network, and leave with practical tools you can use immediately.
What you'll learn: Managing stress when you work alone, early warning signs in yourself, what to do when clients open up to you, building peer support networks, and where to get help when you need it.
Plus: Optional monthly 60-minute top-up sessions to keep the network alive and tackle specific challenges (financial stress, difficult clients, work/life boundaries, and more).
Mindsafe for Small Business
4 hours | For teams of 5-15 people
Your entire team trains together - owner, managers, and staff. Everyone learns the same framework: how to notice when someone's struggling, what to say, when to get help, and how to look after each other. Perfect for small businesses where everyone wears multiple hats and there's no HR department to fall back on.
What you'll learn: The 3-step Mindsafe model, early intervention skills, how to have difficult conversations, documentation that protects everyone, and building a culture where people don't suffer in silence.
Mindsafe Essentials
2 hours | For all staff in larger organizations
The foundation course for everyone in your organization (20+ people). Staff learn how to spot early warning signs, have supportive conversations, and know when to escalate. This isn't about becoming therapists - it's about creating a workplace where people look out for each other, including upward.
What you'll learn: Early intervention basics, the Mindsafe 3-step model, how to check in on colleagues (and your manager), boundaries, and where to signpost for help.
Mindsafe for Managers
4 hours | For team leaders and supervisors
The practical skills managers actually need: how to balance compassion with accountability, when support meets performance management, documentation that protects everyone, and managing your own stress while supporting your team.
What you'll learn: In-depth 3-step model, handling complex situations, performance management when mental health is a factor, legal considerations, escalation protocols, and building resilience in yourself.
Mindsafe Leadership
Full day | For senior leaders, owners, and HR
Strategic culture change starts at the top. This course covers everything in the Managers course, plus: embedding Mindsafe across your organization, measuring ROI, building ongoing support structures, and your role in modeling vulnerability and creating psychological safety.
What you'll learn: Strategic implementation, culture change frameworks, supporting your managers, accountability for misuse of power, measuring impact, and building sustainable mental health support that goes beyond tick-box compliance.
